Email Marketing

We do not believe in "quick fixes" therefore research is required before we can propose a strategy for an "effective" email campaign.  If you search the internet, you will find that most email marketing software or service providers focus on only a few aspects of email marketing.

What They Will Do:

  • Provide newsletter templates for mass mailing
  • Mass distribute mailings
  • Track the frequency links are clicked

What They Will not Do:

  • Provide a variety of copy designed to:
    • Compel a person to open the email
    • Once opened, compel a person to click on a link to your site
  • Devise a plan to solicit email addresses voluntarily
    • Research where the people who tend to buy your products and/or services "hang out"
      • Request links to sites that currently attract your target  audience(s)
      • Request voluntary sign up to Mailing list on site
  • Help you experiment by trial and error to design more effective letters or mailouts.
  • Recommend website modifications based on tracking  visitor movement around the website.

What Brand Rich Will Do:

We will do all of what is listed above as well as the following:

  • Not only design an email campaign but also redesign it based upon response and tracking results.
    • Observe how different subject lines affect response level.
    • Observe how different content affects response.
  • Write newsletters focused on a specific aspect of your product or services
    • Add an informative newsletter to the site
  • Unify the site around Themes
    • We propose the design of "doorway pages" to the different themes on your site.  These pages would  be more focused in content, and more informative.  The goal is to build more of a relationship with  visitors.
  • We recommend that a campaign concentrate on only one theme.  Trying to address too many different audiences in one campaign will only reduce the effectiveness of a campaign.

Time Commitment Required:

  1. Copywriting
    • Newsletters
    • Email letters(w/revisions)
  2.  Webpage Design
    • Design of  Doorway Page(s)
  3. Research & Development
    • Initiate linking with similar but not competitive sites.
      • Locate a variety of sources that provide info that is relevant to the target audience.
    • Outline the timetable for the campaign
    • Set forth realistic goals for the campaign
  4. Coordinate the off site email distribution
  5. Analyze the Tracking Results

Financial Investment Required:

Marketing Services provided by Brand Rich

  • 50% due at acceptance of Proposal
  • 40% due after delivery of designed HTML newsletters, and Doorway Page
  • 10% due after thorough analysis of campaign results. This information should be used to determine the execution of future advertising

Successful marketing plans are always under construction.  They have to be monitored and changed according to the response received.  In other words, the end of the campaign is actually the beginning.  The results become the ammunition for future "target practice."

As you can see there are many elements to consider which influence the effectiveness of the marketing campaign.  We do not  make embark on any marketing campaign without being confident in our ability to develop a plan that will:

  1. Increase interest and return visits to the site
  2. Increase the number of visitors to the site
  3. Increase sales at the site
